broken up

Its 11pm and scooter has finally settled for the evening, I cant move from here. Well I can but oh well. Ive been dreaming a bit lately, some nightmares about bush fires. I had one great dream this beautiful purple sheet with a tiger on it was been held by two people and I was watching pictures move on the wall.. content in there. I have been crying myself to sleep too. I guess everyone does that from time to time.

I made jam yesterday, rhubarb and vanilla, Im looking at macaroon recipes and may attempt them tomorrow.. though I feel like carrot cake. I have not been blogging very much, have not felt so. Currently I am making my way slowly slowly through the movie Eat Pray Love, Ive broken it up into sections so its watchable. Laugh if you will about this....Eat segment, pray segment and love segment. The book is not so long but the movie is 3 hourish.

I have dinner in the oven., just spinach and ricotta rolls and salad for dad and I as mum and aunty anna have gone away for a few days to the big smoke. I tried these chips in the cupboard, balsamic and sea salt, i CANNOT eat them... bleh bleh bleh. Even with some lemonade. sheesh.

I have a few new pen pals to write to now. Another one from france and one from germany. I got my paints out but didnt quite manage to get to the canvas, I am addicted to fluff friends fb. I am going to make some tags tonight too. ANyhow the oven timer is about to go.. write more later alligator...

holiday

So late summer, nicola trond and roman were here. They left just two days ago and already i feel a bit forlorn. It was great to have them here, I guess it was quite a busy time. They went to melbs for a few days with one of their good friends Andre, after roman had gotten over a fever. I can put the holiday into point form at the moment:

*spending time with family
*the road trip (Running out of petrol) (thank heavens for lou and allen)

*seeing some beautiful beaches especially the kangaroo one.
*;reminissing about our childhood holidays
*stopping at a beautiful town tilda
eating fish and chips by the beach
*stopping in woolongong and having an interesting thai lychee curry
*sydney, seeing the terracotta soldiers exhibtiion
*having lunch near the opera house
*opera house
*newtown
*going to a photopraphy exhibition
*eating lunch at Zumbo cafe and the AMAZING macarons there especially the hubba bubba ones.

hmm

Been having an ok time. Just hanging out at home with nic and trond. Possibly do some day trips. Not sure just yet as roman was not feeling so good. Hmmm Im heading out down the street with mum for a lil bit.

Well I will write more later.

they are here, safe and sound. Though it took 4hrs to get from the airport home. Alas tropical storm the tail end of the cyclone and loads of lightening and thunderous rains. So far, they are still getting over jet lag, we have spoilet roman rotten. This time instead of thomas its starwars lego.

I have hit a low. I have a lot of psychosis and i can't seem to shake it at all. I should be very happy but Im not. I baked two lime pies have done most of the domestic stuff. Im not sure what to do right now. Anyhow.

Had a phone call from Scott, he sounds great, he will be a great dad as jess will be a wonderful mum. We will skype this weekend, closest the whole family will be together for a long time.

So I guess Im just a bit tired right now. I am enjoying a good book at the moment. I have quite a high reading pile.

well nicola lands at 7:15pm, lou and allen are picking them from the airport and bring them home. I guess Im going out soonish.

Since my last blurb I am now a proud auntie again, to little Noah.. He is a tiny tiny baby. Cute too.


It is very very hot well these past 3 ish days have been, i look forward to the change that is onit way. As for the past few days it has been scorching hot. We havent had much of a hot summer but right now with one month to go its started heating up. Even at 8 this morning it was already stinking.

I woke up an about an hour later the water works people are out side they are doing work for the next few days so no water from 9-1pm. Ive only just popped the wash on. Filled the kettle, filled a bucket, filled the water jug. drank most of the water from there. Played a few games of scrabble, have my drawing paper out with my markers, just have to put pen to paper...as they say quicks the word, sharp's the action.

I bought more goodies off the net, they will probably arrive tomorrow. (I hope) if it cools down I will do the ironing and then go for a walk. Perhaps see if scooter may like a walk... I will put the harness on her and just see her reaction. The last time i tried that she go a lil way stopped and I had to carry her home. Silly billy.

So Im sitting with the air con on and dad eating his lunch. I just played a few games of scrabble. '
